Celery & Bacon Wraps
These make a delicious starter or light lunch; serve on their own or with a mixed-leaf salad.- Serves:

Ingredients:
- 1 pack celery sticks
- 200g cream cheese with herbs
- 12 rashers of smoked back bacon, rind removed
Instructions
1 Preheat the oven to 375F/190C/Gas 5.
2 Fill the sticks with the cream cheese.
3 Place each bacon rasher between 2 layers of clingfilm or greaseproof paper and roll firmly with a rolling pin to flatten them out.
4 Wrap a rasher round each celery stick and arrange on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
