Celery & Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
- 80g crumbly blue cheese
- 70ml Greek-style yoghurt
- 70ml sour cream
- 1 tsp sherry vinegar
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 celery hearts, washed and cut into quarters lengthways
Instructions
1 Crumble the cheese into a bowl with the other ingredients and whisk together with a fork until just blended.
2 Chill in the fridge before serving in a bowl with the celery heart pieces for dipping.
