Celery & Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

  • 80g crumbly blue cheese
  • 70ml Greek-style yoghurt
  • 70ml sour cream
  • 1 tsp sherry vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 celery hearts, washed and cut into quarters lengthways

Instructions

1 Crumble the cheese into a bowl with the other ingredients and whisk together with a fork until just blended.

 

2 Chill in the fridge before serving in a bowl with the celery heart pieces for dipping.
