Celery & Pine Nuts
A classic Italian dish, very quick to prepare.- Serves:

Ingredients:
- 1 large head of celery, washed and cut into 1" pieces
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 115g pine nuts
- 50g butter
- Salt & fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1 Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the celery and onion. Cover and cook, shaking occasionally, over a low heat for 15 minutes until the celery is becoming tender.
2 Stir in the pine nuts, add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
